We are gearing up for an egg-citing Easter event that promises to be one for the record books. Scheduled between 23rd March and the 14th April this egg hunt with a difference is set to attract visitors eager to participate in a day of fun and adventure amidst the picturesque backdrop of the historic house and gardens.
There are some brilliant birds in the world and on this year’s egg hunt you will find out all about them! Hunt for ten eggs hidden in Gilbert White’s Garden and match the birds named on the eggs with the amazing facts given. Match all 10 and claim a chocolate egg!
The House and gardens will be open throughout the Easter break including Easter Sunday and Monday. Families can celebrate the coming of spring with walks amongst the spring flowers and treats in the café as well as taking part in the Easter Egg Hunt.
On the 5th April the museum is hosting a Spring Explorers day, a day of activities for 7–12-year-olds enjoying the grounds of the museum in Spring through scavenger hunts, sensory activities, games and crafts.
