Cancellations
- Notice of cancellation should be given by email to bookings@marine-life.org.uk
- If you cancel at least 20 working days (Monday to Friday) or more before the course is due to start, the fee paid less a £10 per person administration charge will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 20 working days (Mon to Friday) before the workshop is due to start you will not be entitled to a refund.
- No refund will be made for non-attendance on the workshop.
- MARINElife will accept name changes for attendees – to arrange this please email bookings@marine-life.org.uk
- All refunds are solely at the discretion of MARINElife.
**If circumstances arise which result in the need for MARINElife to cancel a workshop, due to an unforeseen occurrence or act of God. A full refund will be made. When this is the case MARINElife shall assume no liability.
